1. Contact us. Once you contact us about what you do and what kind of loan you are looking for, we will be able to advise you on the available funding opportunities.
2. Submit Executive Summary.
3. Pre-Qualification. We will submit your Executive Summary and application to the most suitable lenders and they will review for pre-qualification purposes. Once they have reviewed they will either accept the project, reject the project, or suggest revisions for the project.
4. Lender provides terms. Once you have been pre-qualified the lender will provide you with the terms of your loan. These terms will be preliminary based on full documentary support for your application.
5. Due Diligence. We will provide you with a check-list of documentation that is required by the lender. Bank statements, property information, and other information about the financial health of your company will be required.
6. Document Submission. We will then submit all of the documentation to the lender (or to our underwriting department if it is a correspondent loan) and they will review.
7. Commitment Issued. The lender will then issue a conditional Commitment to lend money under the terms discussed.
8. Site Visit. after you have confirmed the terms of the conditional Commitment, the lender will conduct a site visit and market analysis.
9. Closing. Once the site has been reviewed, the lender will draw up the closing documents. You will sign the documents, and the loan will be funded.
